The ultimate in recycling, our polypropylene wall forms are made from recycled plastics and buried in the ground limiting the ecological impact.

The wall panels are manufactured at our factory in the Loire River valley in southern France and assembled in our US facility in Acworth, GA.

Filtration

In 1983 Desjoyaux Pools patented the pipeless filtration system. Because the filter and pump are part of the pool wall, filtering is more efficient, energy consumption is greatly reduced, and there’s no risk of leaking pipes. Compared to a traditional pool with hundreds of feet of pipe, the Desjoyaux system is less costly, easier to install, more energy efficient, and uses less chemicals.

Our Building Process

The installation of your pool is based on decades of experience and over 200,000 pools installed. Every pool in the Desjoyaux family is built the same way regardless of location. Professionalism, training, and proven know-how are the benchmarks of our system.

The first step is to outline the pool in the desired location and then excavate it to the required shape and depth.

The support blocks and walls are placed according to the plan. Rebar and welded mesh are tied together to reinforce the walls and floors.

Pouring of the basin walls and floors are done all at the same time to form a monolithic and self-supporting structure. The pool bottom is worked until it is very smooth.

Once the concrete has dried, the pool can be backfilled and rough electrical conduits laid in.

Next, the coping and decking are installed.

Finally, the membrane is custom welded into the pool. The pump and lights are wired by a licensed electrician and the pool is ready for swimming.
